This week involves 3 days of work, and a 10 hour drive to Melbourne for Christmas. Sounds painful, but I always find the country scenery and big blue skies supremely relaxing.
There’s something special about the Victorian countryside in particular, and this house at Daylesford would be the perfect place to enjoy it from. Compared to NSW prices it is an absolute bargain – 34 acres for $575k. Give me this over the bourgeois Southern Highlands any day!
